It's originally from the Merlot grapes, a typical wine of the Veneto tradsition. The scent is vinous, full, with a characteristic peak herbaceous and pleasant. For the first year it is ideal for the entire meal and then it can find good combinations with cured meats, main meat courses or white game birds.
